As part of a market validation exercise, we presented a perspective on upcoming regulation around health care price transparency. The goal was to inform our clients, gauge interest in a solution we would build, and add our unique perspective on the regulation. Full webinar can be found here.


Insight Client Symposium –
Product Roadmap Presentation

We moved our annual client symposium to a virtual format for one year. This was my presentation of the roadmap laying out both the long term vision of the software product and our next features. The full presentation is available here.


Choosing the Right CMS Webinar

In support of positioning and sales ennoblement activities, I partnered with our Chief Strategist Officer to describe the needs of our market for content management. This webinar also included relating CMS with the wider discussion of health care marketing and the buyer’s journey. Full webinar can be found here.


As part of the initial market role out of our Form Building application, I presented the product at our client symposium, working directly with clients to gain adoption, and then helped present the product to the wider market. This piece was an initial introduction of the product followed by a robust go to market plan. In addition to product introduction we were also introducing some concepts of data based decision making to our client base. The full blog post can be found here.


In addition to blogs or webinars directly in support of product management goals, I have from time to time put together general knowledge posts. The website was moved to a new platform in 2016 and my title wasn’t always accurately reflected so this is not a complete list of such work.

As part of launching our analytics dashboard within our lead management product, I wrote a detailed blog about how to understand data. The goal was to position ourselves as experts in this field and explain why data analysis is complex. The entire website has been redesigned and the blog section eliminated since my time there.


Also on our now decommissioned lead management blog I wrote a few posts about the hard work of lead management. In this particular post I talked about service recovery when leads are lost in a process breakdown. I also had other posts on topics such as sales force enablement, dealer relationships, and personalization.
